SHIPPING POLICY
Made-to-Order Production Each piece at Gaia Cirila Design is crafted individually upon order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During peak wedding seasons (spring and fall) or promotional periods, production may extend up to 20 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our studio.
Domestic Shipping (Argentina) Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates prior to placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Important Note for Custom Orders As all items are made to order, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
