Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I will gladly assist in the following cases:

  • If your item arrives damaged
  • If the item you receive is different from what you ordered

If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos so I can review and resolve it.

Each piece is created individually, so I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason.
